By registering an account with arab4d, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. arab4d operates under international gaming licenses and serves players worldwide. We cannot provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction. By using our services, you confirm that you have reviewed your local laws and determined that your participation is lawful.

Verification is typically processed within 1-24 hours. You may deposit and place bets before verification is complete, but withdrawals require a fully verified account. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You must immediately notify arab4d if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you report the compromise to our customer service team.

arab4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier.
Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases where technical issues delay processing, deposits will be credited within 24 hours. If you do not receive your deposit within this timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals may only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as your arab4d account. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday between 09:00-21:00 WIB, with most requests completed within 15 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. You must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 5. We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing large withdrawals.
arab4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing with expedited timeframes.
arab4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Suspicious transaction patterns, deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests without gameplay, or other indicators of money laundering will trigger investigation and potential account suspension. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities regarding financial crimes.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at arab4d's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Only one bonus per player per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn. Game contributions toward wagering vary: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino 10%.
When an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50,000 per bet or spin). Exceeding maximum bet limits while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonuses must be used within the specified time period (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unused bonuses expire automatically. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the specified period or the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
arab4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that bonus terms were abused or that gameplay patterns indicate systematic exploitation of promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns with other players, using betting strategies solely to convert bonus funds, or any other activity deemed to constitute bonus abuse.
Each promotion has specific terms and conditions. Always review these before claiming any bonus to ensure you understand the requirements and restrictions.
Users must engage with arab4d services in good faith. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access your account, sell or transfer your account, or engage in any form of account sharing.
All content on the arab4d website including logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any arab4d content without written permission.
When interacting with customer support or other players (where applicable), you must maintain respectful communication. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will result in account suspension or permanent closure.
arab4d strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void.
arab4d partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues originating from third-party services. For example, delays in bank processing or e-wallet system outages are beyond arab4d's control.
arab4d is not liable for user errors including but not limited to: sending funds to the wrong account, selecting incorrect bet amounts, misunderstanding game rules, or failing to safeguard account credentials. Players are responsible for reviewing all transactions before confirming them.
In any circumstance where arab4d is found liable, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount in your account balance at the time of the incident or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless arab4d, its operators, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services.
arab4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account dashboard.
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to seek help. Warning signs include gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, chasing losses, gambling to escape problems, lying about gambling activity, or neglecting responsibilities due to gambling. You may self-exclude from arab4d for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and we will not send you promotional communications. To request self-exclusion, contact customer support.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance within 30 days. After this period, dormant funds may be subject to administrative fees.
arab4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, abuse bonuses, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, we reserve the right to void bets and forfeit account balances.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. We will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees.
If you have a complaint or dispute with arab4d, please contact our customer support team first. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Provide as much detail as possible including your account username, transaction references, and a clear description of the issue.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected] with "FORMAL COMPLAINT" in the subject line. We will review escalated complaints within 14 business days and provide a formal written response.
arab4d's decision on any dispute is final and binding unless you pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. We maintain detailed logs of all account activity, transactions, and communications which may be used as evidence in dispute resolution.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which arab4d operates. Where conflicts exist between these terms and local laws, local laws prevail to the extent of the conflict.
arab4d operates under international licenses and serves players worldwide including Indonesia. Indonesian players should be aware that Indonesia's primary gambling legislation (Public Gambling Act 1867) predates the internet and does not explicitly address online gambling. The legal status of online gambling in Indonesia remains ambiguous. By using arab4d services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
arab4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of arab4d services after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
